We will not charge you for making a request, but we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing access where the request is complex or requires significant effort.
In limited circumstances, we may decline an access or correction request — for example, where providing access would unreasonably impact the privacy of another individual, or where we are required by law to retain certain information. If we decline your request, we will give you written reasons and inform you of how you may complain about our decision.
12. Privacy Complaints
If you believe we have handled your personal information in a way that breaches the Australian Privacy Principles or this policy, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can resolve your concern directly.
