Campuses:
Frequently Asked Questions
Our group classes for Maths and English are generally 1.5 hours.
Private sessions and exam prepapration sessions are personalised based on the student, which can range from 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
We suggest that students come ready for class with stationery
such as pens, pencils and an eraser. Programs are written by KT Education and provided to the stduent weekly.
How long are the classes and what does each student need to bring?
We are one of the few tutoring centres that follow the Victorian Curriculum which provides a comprehensive framework for students at KT Education to learn relatable concepts to
support their day school learning.
By understanding each student's strengths and weaknesses through the initial assessment, we can tailor their learning experience to help them achieve their goals.
Our approach is student-centered, ensuring that each student receives the support and guidance they need to succeed.
How is KT Education different from other tutoring centres?
Our rates are highly affordable as we believe further study and education should be accessible to all. As our programs vary, we need to assess your child to find out what program is recommended to them. Please contact us to organise an assessment.
How much does it cost?
It's important that your child feels comfortable and confident in our environment so after they are assessed, we recommend that your child tries out one of our classes to see if it is suited to them. This complimentary class will help you determine if it is right for your child and with no obligation to join at all.
I'm not sure if my child needs further
tuition. How do I know if it is suitable?
All students, new and old need to enrol at the beginning of every term. We suggest that new students begin at the start of a school year or school term however we allow students to
begin at any time. If you wish to enrol, please contact us for an enrolment form and bring it to the preferred location when KT classes are running.
How do I enrol my child
and when can we start?
The KT program is designed to allow students to have homework components to complete at home. Students generally bring home the unfinished booklet from class, complete and return their booklet to the teacher for marking in the following week which is then returned to them. Students should have approximately 30 % of a work booklet to complete at home.
Is there any homework and how much additional work will there be?
